As Head of Consulting - Americas, Lynn is focused on guiding the CRU Consulting team to bring exceptional insight into strategic questions to companies with interests in the mining, metals and fertilizer related industries throughout North and South America.

Lynn is focused on working with customers to develop and execute projects related to important and strategic issues such as market analysis, strategy development, risk assessment, as well as valuation services and negotiation support. She has worked for over 25 years with domestic as well as international manufacturers (primarily in the metals and mining industries) determining strategic growth opportunities as well as on issues such as market assessment/forecasting, capital investment plans, marketing and competitive strategy.

Lynn holds a BSBA and a Certificate in International Business from Duquesne University.

Josh Spoores has spent over 20 years in market research and analytical roles in the wider steel industry. Joining CRU in 2012 as a Principal Analyst after 8 years of experience at Majestic Steel USA and Severstal North America, Spoores is now CRU’s steel subject matter expert. In this role, he works closely with clients, prospects, and the wider industry in leveraging CRU’s market-leading data to enhance strategic insights to improve decision making.

Chris Weld is a partner in Wiley’s International Trade Group, with expertise in metals and raw materials.

Chris has a thriving practice at the forefront of international trade law and policy matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, global trade policy and trade negotiations, customs enforcement matters, and domestic preference laws.

As a former Capitol Hill staffer for trade and foreign policy issues, Chris seamlessly blends trade law, policy, and government relations work.

Barry Lazar is a seasoned expert in the ferroalloy industry, boasting over 30 years of experience. In 2008, Barry founded Medima Metals, which grew into a leading supplier of ferroalloys and metals for the North American steel and foundry industries. After successfully building the company, Medima was sold to Traxys in 2020. In January 2022, Barry joined Rand Alloys, a full-service raw materials specialist catering to ferrous and nonferrous foundries and steel mills. Rand Alloys operates as a division of Combined Metal Industries (CMI), a renowned metal recycling corporation founded in 1996 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada. CMI has established a strong presence across North America. Barry's current focus is on developing Rand Alloys into a premier supplier of metals and alloys for the North American market, with an emphasis on steel mills, foundries, and the aluminum industry. Ben Galati is a Vice President of Sales at Sethmar Transportation, where he focuses on strategic business development and customer partnerships across North America. Since entering the transportation industry in 2003, he has built experience across operations, carrier management, enterprise sales, and executive leadership.

His background spans asset-based transportation, third-party logistics, cross-border freight, dedicated capacity solutions, and strategic procurement initiatives. Known for approaching transportation through both an operational and strategic lens, Ben enjoys exploring how market forces, customer expectations, and long-term partnerships shape resilient supply chains.

At the Ferroalloys Connections Summit, Ben looks forward to sharing practical perspectives on today's freight market, strengthening shipper-carrier relationships, and navigating an increasingly dynamic transportation landscape.

Andreas Keller was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. After graduating from the University of Buckingham, England in 1993, he joined Scandinavian Steel AB and has spent his entire career within the group.

Founded in 1958, Scandinavian Steel has grown into a leading global distributor of ferrous alloys, minor metals and pig iron to the steel, foundry, and chemical industries. The company’s headquarter is in Stockholm, with an office in Beijing and exclusive agency representation in the USA and India. Andreas began his career working across a range of metals, including chrome, cobalt, and tungsten, before taking responsibility for the company’s molybdenum products in 1998. In 2005, he relocated to Beijing to expand and develop the company’s business across Asia, and in 2008 moved to Brazil to build out its South American operations, including the construction of a ferroalloy factory. Molybdenum has remained the focus of most of his career, and under his leadership Scandinavian Steel has become a major supplier of about 20 million lb Mo on yearly basis. Andreas has served as CEO of Scandinavian Steel since 2023 and has been Chairman of the LME Molybdenum Committee since 2011.

Keith leads commercial strategy at Electra, guiding market development and partnerships as the company scales and prepares to deploy its first commercial facility. He brings more than two decades of experience across the global steel industry, spanning operations, marketing, and market development. Before joining Electra, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Flack Global Metals, where he integrated commercial teams following key acquisitions and helped customers adopt innovative financial tools to manage price volatility. Previously, Keith was Chief Commercial Officer at Big River Steel, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s startup and expansion, overseeing sales, marketing, and technical services. He began his career at United States Steel Corporation, where he spent 18 years in commercial leadership roles across the U.S. and Europe. Keith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science.

Lewis is a senior strategy consultant at CRU, based in London. He is a leader in CRU Consulting's multi-commodity practice area, advising stakeholders in the mining and metals industry on key themes like diversification, critical minerals, circular economy and decarbonization. He recently authored a report for the World Bank on the key challenges and opportunities in midstream smelting and refining, a topic which is extremely pertinent to the ferroalloys markets.

William Parry-Jones is a respected authority on the Global Tungsten Market, as well as Critical Minerals Strategy & Marketing. In 2025, he founded Wolfram Advisory Ltd., a boutique strategy consultancy providing sector-specific, data-driven insights into the tungsten industry; a traditionally opaque market that has gained prominence due to its criticality and the recent geopolitical tensions between the US and China.

As the Director of Business Development & Government Affairs for The Metals Company, Kristin leads TMC's customer and partner engagements in North America, market research, advocacy efforts, site selection and local relationships for the company's planned metal processing facility. Kristin is a seasoned business development strategist with combined expertise in energy markets, energy transition materials and sustainability. Most recently, Kristin served as Director of Business Development for Trio optimizing energy portfolios for commercial and industrial clients. Prior, Kristin provided technical consultation and equipment solutions to energy researchers across industry, startups, national laboratories, and academia. Kristin started her career working in the American solar energy industry.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Martin Trouilloud joined CRU in November 2023 and is the analyst in charge of the Manganese Ferroalloy Cost Service, based in their London office. He graduated in 2023 with a BS in physics and mathematics from Brown University, where he was a research assistant in a computational chemistry lab. Besides ferroalloys, he has worked on manganese ore and crude steel.

Klebson Luiz Silva is a Sales and Product Manager at Kymera International, a global leader in the production of silicon carbide grains and powders. With 15 years of experience in the industry, Klebson has been actively involved in the development and expansion of metallurgical silicon carbide applications in the steel industry, working with both integrated steel mills and mini-mills, as well as in the cast iron foundry market. His responsibilities includes customer relationship management, contract negotiations, technical support, application development, and new product development. Klebson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Lauren Corl is a Senior Analyst for CRU, based in the Pittsburgh office, where she covers the US steel sheet, steel plate, and bulk ferroalloys markets. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Lauren brought her expertise to CRU in January 2022. She initially joined as a ferroalloys prices analyst, responsible for covering the US silicon metal, chrome, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, noble alloys, and minor metals markets. Prior to her time at CRU, Lauren worked as a sales representative for a metals and alloys supply company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Lydia Patteuw is a Procurement Manager at Hitchiner Manufacturing, a global leader in investment castings for aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial markets. With 18 years of experience, she leads strategic sourcing and procurement activities, specializing in alloys, specialty elements, raw materials, and outside services that support critical manufacturing operations. Her responsibilities include supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, supply chain risk mitigation, inventory control, and capital procurement to ensure continuity of supply for complex manufacturing programs.

Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a Minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She also earned a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.

Amy currently serves as Sales Manager for both EAC Corporation, a specialty metals trader, and Kokomo Alloy Services (KAS), a scrap processing facility.

Amy began her career with International Specialty Alloys (ISA), where she spent seven years developing her expertise in sales, production planning, and operations. Following ISA’s acquisition by Kennametal (KMT), Amy continued with the company for another ten years. Throughout her 17 years with ISA and KMT, Amy advanced from an Inside Sales Coordinator to Production Planner and ultimately to Production Planner/Sales Manager. This experience provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the specialty alloys industry and a strong foundation in both customer service and operational management. In 2019, Amy made the move to EAC Corporation. In her role, Amy oversees sales activities while working closely with customers and suppliers to provide quality materials and dependable solutions. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. Her combination of financial education, extensive industry experience, and expertise in sales and operations allows her to bring a knowledgeable, customer-focused approach to the specialty metals industry.

Katherine Wen began her career in the metals industry in 2006, diving into the complexities of ferro alloys and honing her skills at a major trading company for eight years. This foundational experience gave her invaluable insights into market dynamics and supply chain management. In 2014, Katherine took a bold step by founding Absolute Resources, a company dedicated to supplying specialty raw materials to the primary metal and chemical industries. Under her leadership, Absolute Resources has become a trusted partner for clients seeking high-quality specialty metals sourced from around the globe. Katherine’s commitment to excellence and deep understanding of customer needs ensure that Absolute Resources reliably delivers raw materials that meet critical production timelines. Devon Winter is the Chief Executive Officer of F. W. Winter Inc. & Co. a metal and alloy powder manufacturer for automotive, welding, and aerospace industries. A second-generation small manufacturing company.

Ms. Winter began as a Sales and Marketing associate for F. W. Winter. In her role she supported outside sales with document control and logistics. In 2016 Ms. Winter became Director of Operations successfully implementing lean manufacturing and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system for the company. In 2020 Ms. Winter became Chief Operations Officer overseeing the overall management and operations of the company globally representing the company globally.

Ms. Winter holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Vermont during which she spent a semester studying business at Qingdao University in Qingdao, China. Ms. Winter holds a M.S. and a M.B.A from Drexel University.

Ms. Winter served on the Board of Women in Manufacturing (WiM). WiM is the only national and global trade association dedicated to providing year-round support to women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. At present, more than 20,000 individual members representing more than 2,500 manufacturing companies have joined their growing ranks of industry professionals from 48 U.S. states and from 47 countries. Ms. Winter continues to advise WiM on international expansion of their programming through her participation on the International Committee.

In 2023 Ms. Winter joined the Council for International Chromium Development Association (ICDA). An independent voice for the chromium industry. Representing members across the value chain to promote best practices for sustainable uses and responsible chromium sourcing.

Prianka Reddy Devgan is a Director at Champion Alloys, a leading Ferroalloy manufacturing company, where she focuses on operational excellence, strategic innovation, and business expansion. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of the family group of companies, which has a diversified global portfolio with leading positions in ferroalloys, alcoholic beverages, and distilleries. Prior to joining the group, she worked with top-tier companies in the U.S. healthcare sector. Prianka holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the London School of Economics, UCLA, and USC.

Nikhil is a member of CRU’s Stainless Steel Value Chain Markets team and has been specialising in nickel market analysis for over 10 years. He is the author and editor of CRU’s Nickel Monitor and Nickel Market Outlook and also contributes to the company’s nickel cost and stainless steel research.

Before joining the Stainless Steel Value Chain Markets team, Nikhil worked in CRU’s aluminium practice, with a primary focus on upstream markets. He subsequently led CRU’s bauxite and alumina team. Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of London.

Anil Shah is the President and Principal of Ni-Met Inc. and a chemical engineer, entrepreneur, visionary business leader, and philanthropist. Joining CRU in 2023, Brett is an analyst on the Stainless Steel Value Chain team. He serves as the editor of CRU's Molybdenum Monitor, providing analysis on key trends and prices in the global molybdenum market.

Sam Desai has been working at RM Metals for 26 years. This year he was promoted to president. He finished is bachelors of science and doctorate degree from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. His primary focus has been distribution of stainless steel flat rolled in the United States. The company also has an exports division focusing on various forms of stainless steel and other metals.
